The 11th Naasville Bluegrass Music Festival was like always
better than ever and more local bands than ever. The standard of the local bands has
risen dramatically during the last years. So, we didn't bring in any bands from across
the ocean this year, but we had just as fun. Four bands came from the area around the
festival and only one foreign band, Train 45 from Denmark. So, you missed it again?
Don't miss the festival next year - second weekend of july, every year. It will be
better than ever!
The Friday event was held inside Lekhuset. We didn't have so many bands this
year, but instead they could play a little longer. The jams started right after
the last band and continued until 4 or 5 in the morning.
All music performed during the saturday has been broadcasted on the internet with the help of the
american Bluegrassradio station www.acousticboxoffice.com.
