Train 45
Jens Therkildsen - Fiddle & Mandolin, Morten Iskouv - Guitar,
Maria Iskouv - Bass, Flemming Colind - Banjo.
Train 45 from Denmark came back again this year. They have
beautiful harmonies and play also some Beatles songs (like Eight days a week). I believe they come
mainly from Copenhagen. These pictures where taken at the outdoor stage on
saturday before the rain came. They have also improved very much since last year.
Little Maria has become much more confident on the bass and with her singing.
She has a perfect voice for Bluegrass. We alse heard from Flemming that they
are currently working on a CD. We hope to hear that next summer!
Maria Iskouv
Bass-player and beautiful singer Maria Iskouv.
Morten Iskouv
Guitar-player Morten and also proud father to Maria. I have had
the pleasure to watch him up close in jams in Granna this year. Until someone
proves me wrong, he is in my opinion the best Bluegrass guitarist in
scandinavia.
Flemming Colind
Banjo-player Flemming seems to get taller and skinnier for
every year. He is also with the band New City CowFreaks.
